Picture of K-SPECIAL BACK The K-Special Back is a wheelchair back support designed for use by individuals with mild to moderate kyphosis and/or weakness of the trunk. This padded fabric back replaces the standard wheelchair upholstery, has a smooth surface, and is shaped to accommodate and support the user's entire back, eliminating pressure from the apex of the curve and providing lateral support. This back is available in slip-on or screw-on styles to accommodate most wheelchairs. Folding wheelchairs can be folded with the back in place.
