Picture of IROBOT ROOMBA 500 SERIES VACUUM CLEANING ROBOT The iRobot Roomba 500 Series Vacuum Cleaning Robot is a vacuum cleaner designed for use by individuals with physical disabilities. This vacuum cleaner is designed to perform vacuuming without the need of human physical activity through its robotic mechanisms. The robotic vacuum features include room navigation, edge and corner cleaning, advanced anti-tangling and transitioning from carpet to hard floors. The modular system features an automatic recharger and light touch bumper. The system comes with one virtual wall that creates an adjustable, invisible, infrared beam used to block off-limit areas in the home. POWER: Uses the included rechargeable battery to cover up to four rooms (depending on model) on a single charge. Each virtual wall requires two triple-D batteries (not included). OPTIONS: Additional virtual walls and replacement beaters, brushes, and filters.
