Picture of SIRIS STANDARD BUDDY RING SPLINT The Siris Standard Buddy Ring Splint is a ring splint designed for use by individuals with arthritis, hypermobile joints, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and other injuries or disabilities of the fingers. Made of sterling silver, these double-loop splints are designed to link a finger with metacarpal phalangeal (MCP) deviation to a neighboring stable finger to prevent drifting. Available with no offset to position rings side by side and provide slight abduction, or with full offset to position one ring distal to the other to assist with finger adduction, the rings are available as plain bands or with patterned bands. OPTIONS: Fourteen karat gold. SIZES: Based on ring size. A measuring kit and round and oval ring sizers are available. DIMENSIONS: The standard plain band is 3 millimeters (mm) wide; the plain bands are also available in 4, 6, or 10 millimeters. The patterned bands are available in 4 mm or 7.5 mm wide.

Notes: Siris is a trademark of the Silver Ring Splint Company. ** The manufacturer states this splint is not appropriate for use for ulnar deviation of all digits due to rheumatoid arthritis.
