(Verified 09/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Business Vision is a voice output screen reader program that contains all the features of Artic Vision (see separate entry) plus additional features for use with spreadsheet programs for individuals who are blind or have low vision. Features include: speech access to matrix entries, cell definitions, row and column titles, and menu entries; ten user-definable Smart Zones for direct screen monitoring, with twenty controls each for monitoring and responding to changes within each Smart Zone; a key macro facility for supporting advanced constructs such as IF-THEN-ELSE; ability to "chain" Speech Windows (allowing one to call another); and Pop-Trax, which allows automatic location of pop- up menus on the screen. A built-in talking calculator offers four function operation and ten levels of memory to allow the user to review previous entries. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM PC or PS/2 computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 256K of memory is the minimal suggested computer configuration. OPTIONS: Special speech synthesizers for Business Vision include 215 SynPhonix for $495, and 615 TransPort for $895, (see separate entries).
