--- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Braille display processor. Converts 128 ASCII characters to braille on 20 cell refreshable braille display. Direct hardware interface. No communications or software modifications necessary. Can only run ASCII text. Maintains screen format of columns and lines for reading spreadsheets and numerical data. User can select 6 or 8 dot braille format. Transparent software operates with most Apple and IBM software. Model BDP-20 is compatible with the Apple II, II+ or IIe.

Notes: Recommended for shared use situations such as libraries, schools, etc. Power options available for other countries.
