Picture of BIG EYE COMBINATION LAMP (MODEL 1418) The Big Eye Combination Lamp, model 1418, is a magnifying lens on stand with light designed for use by individuals with low vision. This lamp combines a high intensity light on a flexible gooseneck arm with a distortion-free lens with 2X magnification on a separate gooseneck arm. The light and the lens can be used together or separately. The unit includes two 40 watt bulbs (one low intensity and one high intensity). OPTIONS: An optional lens booster attachment is available for increased visual acuity up to 5X magnification. DIMENSIONS: The flexible gooseneck arm with the lamp is 14 inches long; and the gooseneck arm with the magnifying lens 18 inches long. The lens is 5 inches in diameter. COLOR: Silver with black base and white lamps. WARRANTY: 1 year warranty.
