Picture of PREVOCATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT MATERIALS COMPLETE KIT (MODEL 1-08000-00) The Prevocational Skills Development Materials Complete Kit, model 1-08000-00, is a training system for the development of manipulative skills, including matching, sorting, counting, assembly, and packaging, designed for use by students with multiple disabilities including blindness or low vision. The complete system includes five sets of materials, which are meant to be used in conjunction with other materials suggested in the accompanying guidebook: A Paper-Folding Jig for use in 3-part folding of 8.5 by 11 inch paper; ten Round and Square Containers With Screw Tops, five of each type, each made of plastic and accompanied by two seated boards; a Sorting and Assembly Tray with adjustable dividers for sorting two to twelve different items; a Bolt, Nut, and Washer Board accommodating eight sets of bolts, nuts, and washers of graduated size; and four Bolt Practice Boards containing stationary bolts of various sizes with removable nuts. The five sets of materials are accompanied by a print guidebook on "Prevocational Skills Development." OPTIONS: The five sets of materials and the guidebook are available separately.
