Picture of HAND UTILITY CUFFS --- DO IT YOURSELF ENTRY --- PURPOSE: To enable an individual without fingers or without the use of hands to use a variety of tools and implements. The cuffs are made from Velcro with a canvas pocket. They are fastened in place by gripping the D-ring at one end with the teeth and rolling the Velcro together under the chin. The canvas pocket, open on one end, then holds pens, pencils, eating utensils, pliers, etc. TITLE: Hand Utility Cuffs.
