------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Independent operation of a portable tape recorder by a person with no upper extremity use. Example described is for a person with bilateral upper extremity amputation. Attach a tape recorder to a camera shoulder strap, so recorder can be worn over the shoulder. mount a microphone on the shoulder strap, positioned close to the individuals mouth.
