--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 05/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- BigView is a pair of large print file reader programs: BType and BLister. These programs may be used to display any file in 20 or 40 characters-per- line, 12 lines per screen display. For displaying tables or other formatted files, the display may be viewed through a sliding window so the columns stay where they were meant to be. BLister allows one to browse forward and back in a file, but has a limit on the file size it can handle. BType can handle files of any size, but reads only in the forward direction, as if it combined the DOS TYPE and MORE commands. Any ASCII text file can be shown in page-by-page or scrolling mode, and the rate of scrolling is adjustable. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM or compatible personal computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: CGA monitor; MS-DOS 2.1 or higher.
