The Librette Turnkey System and Libra Turnkey System are personal computer systems pre-loaded with optical character recognition (OCR), screen magnification, web browser, and voice output software, designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. The Librette system includes a personal computer running the Windows XP operating system, with a monitor, printer, and scanner, pre-loaded with VIP Scan/Read/Write, a voice output OCR program, and PnC Net, a voice output web browser that enlarges web site content (see separate entries). The Libra turnkey system includes a more powerful personal computer running Windows XP, with a monitor, printer, and scanner, preloaded with VIP Scan/Read/Write, PnC Net, Microsoft Works Suite 2002, and the ZoomText Level 2 screen magnification program with voice output. DIMENSIONS: The Librette monitor is 17 inches; the Libra monitor is 19 inches.
