Picture of ADVANTAGE GRAPHITE CANE The Advantage Graphite Cane is a white cane designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. The adult-size cane comes in three styles: a rigid style, a folding style with five sections, and an "Identity" style (a folding cane with seven sections). Children's canes come only in rigid or five-section folding styles. The cane is made of graphite, a material that is lighter but stronger and more durable than aluminum. Graphite canes are also more sensitive since the graphite transmits more sensation to the user. The cane has a rubber grip with an elastic wrist strap, and a reflective tape covering for safety. The cane tip is a standard pencil tip. OPTIONS: Metal, teardrop, or roller cane tips. DIMENSIONS: Adult canes are available from 36 to 60 inches long in two-inch increments, and children's canes are 34 inches long or less. WEIGHT: A 50-inch cane weighs 10.5 ounces. WARRANTY: One year.
