Picture of DURA-GRIP GENERAL CODE STAIR The Dura-Grip General Code Stairs are ADA compliant stairs with an easy grip handrail designed for use by individuals with balance, lower extremity, or walking disabilities. This portable aluminum stair can be adjusted to fit varying threshold heights. It comes in 3-step and 4-step models, each with a landing and two handrails. The landing has holes for drainage. DIMENSIONS: 3-step model is 28 inches high with four 7-inch risers; 4-step model is 35 inches high with five 7-inch risers. Leg height adjusts from 25.5 to 35 inches. The landing (DxW) is 5 x 5 feet and each stair tread (DxW) is 11 x 53.75 inches. WEIGHT: 249 pounds (3-step) or 265 pounds (4-step).

Notes: The manufacturer states that this stair is compliant with the International Building Code and Americans with Disabilities Act.
