Picture of ACCUSWAY AccuGait is a portable balance analysis system designed for use in balance assessment. The system provides an accurate measure of center of pressure (COP). It consists of a platform with a composite material top plate and Hall effect sensing elements. The unit interfaces with a laptop via a built-in RS-232 connection. Analog outputs are optional. Data are provided for force and movent along x-y-z coordinates, with the z axis oriented downward, the y axis oriented away from the connector, and the x axis oriented to the left. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1.73 x 19.69 x 19.69 inches. CAPACITY: 40 pounds along the x and y axes, and 400 pounds along the z (vertical) axis. WEIGHT: 26 pounds.
