The Deluxe Bilateral Pulley System, models R16264, R16281, and R16282, is a pulley weight system for upper or lower extremity exercise. The system consists of 2 vertical pulley carrier units with weights, hand grips, and straps. The pulley carriers may be fixed at more than 20 levels 2 inches apart. The direction of pull and the length of rope may be altered for exercising virtually any muscle group. The resistance adjusts Bilaterally in 2 pound intervals. The height adjustment can be read from the scale on the front of the profiled tubing. The two single pulleys, right and left, are generally wall mounted no less than 28 inches and no more than 30 inches apart between the center of the scaled bar. The system can also be mounted on the optional Pulley Station. The minimum resistive weight is 2 pounds per pulley, with incremental weight adjustment of 1.5 pounds per pulley. Resistance intervals can be adjusted in 2-inch increments. The system includes 2 pulleys, right and left, each with its own weight stack; 2 leather handles; 1 leather ankle strap; 1 leather wrist strap; and 1 leather thigh strap. OPTIONS: Pulley station; single pulley system. DIMENSIONS: Pulley height is 88 inches. WEIGHT: Combined weight stack is 60 pounds (R16264), 100 pounds (R16281), 130 pounds (R16282).
