--- DO IT YOURSELF ENTRY --- PURPOSE: To provide a means for individuals who use walkers to keep a supply of water with them. Included in a chapter entitled "Housekeeping & Getting Around," this article explains how a bicycle water bottle can be attached to the upright tubing of the walker using the supplied bracket. If the bracket is too wide for the walker tubing, it can be padded with hot-water-pipe insulation to fit. MATERIALS: Water bottle for bicycle with bracket and hot-water-pipe insulation (optional).
