« Previous Product Next Product »The Gizmo Tilt in Space Wheelchair is a lightweight wheelchair designed for use by children or adults with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (LxW): Cane length of 8 to 13 inches (extra small), 10 to 15 inches (small), 13 to 18 inches (medium), or 15 to 20 inches (long) x 10 to 18 inches wide in one-inch increments. The chair is available in a choice of a folding or rigid frame with optional transport package for bus/van tie-down. The chair has 45 degrees of tilt. Colors include red, green, blue, yellow, white, black, turquoise, pewter, purple, midnight blue, blue stardust, fluorescent yellow, fluorescent bright pink, twilight, or glitter green. SEAT: Seating sold separately. ARMRESTS: Standard flip-back armrest, with optional locking flip-up armrest, height-adjustable padded arm, or no armrest. BRAKES: Wheel locks and hub locks. The Hub-Lock has a stainless steel hub and pin that lock both wheels, with an engagement lever that can be mounted anywhere on the frame. CASTERS: 3-, 5-, or 6-inch casters. WHEELS: 12-, 16-, 18-, 20-, 22-, or 24-inch pneumatic wheels with aluminum handrims, Semi-pneumatic mag wheels, spoke wheels, and plastic handrims are optional. FOOTRESTS: Swing-away 90- and 75-degree hangers.
