Picture of CRUISAIRE (MODELS CA11 & CA13) The Cruiseaire is a child's transport chair designed for use with children with mobility disabilities. FRAME (WxHxL): Both models have a lightweight folding frame with a grey hammertone finish. Open, odel CA11 is 20 x 37 x 31 inches without footrests and model CA13 is 21.5 x 37 x 33 inches without footrests. Folded, both models are 13 x 11 x 47 inches. An optional anatomic back frame is available on both models which stabilizes the head and neck to assist in the development of righting reflexes. SEAT (WxD): Model CA11 is 11 x 9 to 12 inches and model CA13 is 13 x 10 to 13 inches. The seat to footrest height adjusts from 6 to 11 inches on model CA11 and from 6 to 13 inches on model CA13. The seat to floor height adjusts from 20 to 22 inches on model CA11 and from 22 to 24 inches on model CA13. The back height is 20 inches on model CA11 and 21 inches on model CA13. An optional 5-inch back extension is available for model CA13. The seat to back angle can be set at 85, 90, 95, or 100 degrees on both models and the seat angle is 30 degrees on both models. Standard features on both models include a reinforced heavy-duty seat, a swing-away abductor, swing-away lateral support, an H-harness with padded strap covers, and a variable position headrest. The optional anatomic frame includes ABS stiffeners that can be custom contoured. UPHOLSTERY: Removable, washable fabric upholstery in a choice of electric blue, purple, plum, turquoise, or red. A matching canopy is included. ARMRESTS: Integral armrests. BRAKES: Foot-operated brakes on the rear wheels. WHEELS: Four composite caster wheels with solid tires. FOOTRESTS: Adjustable footplates with ankle and heel straps. CAPACITY: Model CA11 has a capacity of 60 pounds and model CA13 has a capacity of 80 pounds. WEIGHT: Model CA11 weighs 14.5 pounds without the footrests and model CA13 weighs 15.5 pounds.
