--- DISCONTINUED. (verified 11/95) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR RECORDS. --- Portable emergency evacuation system, entire unit may be packed into case. Users protected from smoke, heat, fumes, gases. No building alterations are necessary. To use: remove escape system from case. Adjust the L shaped hanger bars to fit desired width. Hang bracket over sill or balcony railing. Pull slide out of case. Toss slide over front of bracket to ground so that slide is hanging vertically. Climb into escape system. Let go and move down chute to pad at bottom. See BN: aerial rescue system for description of slide tube.

Notes: For evacuees with no control of legs, it is recommended that legs be tied or taped together at ankles and knees.
