Picture of EVACUPOD WALL UNIT (MODELS EVP 2 & EVP 200) The Evacupod Wall Unit, models EVP 2 and EVP 200, is an emergency evacuation system designed for individuals with mobility disabilities and spinal cord injury. This rectangular is inflated, and the user lays on it. Three patient retainer straps fasten at the user's chest, hips and shins to secure the user on the mat. When the straps are tightened, the inflated mat wraps around the user so that the user is protected from impacts on the bottom and sides. There are eight lifting straps on each side of the Evacupod and a longer strap at the user's feet. When deflated, the Evacupod is stored in a hard case (model EVP 2) or in an antimicrobial storage bag (model EVP 200). The case can be mounted on a wall. CAPACITY 400 pounds. WEIGHT: 14 pounds. COLOR: Yellow with black straps.
