The Transfer Handle is a transfer aid designed to assist people with mobility disabilities in transferring to and from a bed and to assist with in-bed mobility. Model 2025 features a steel handle attached to a bed board which slides between th mattress and the box springs. Shaped in an inverted U, the handle also has a second, lower bar for added stability in standing and greater in-bed mobility. Model 2001 is designed for people with limited or no ability to stand, for those who make difficult wheelchair transfers, or for those who are severely overweight. This model attaches to the bed frame for additional strength and stability. Model 2025H is similar to model 2025, but is designed specifical for use with hospital-style beds. INSTALLATION: No tools are required to install this product. All hardware and complete instructions are included. DIMENSIONS: The bed board is 29 x 37 inches. COLOR: The handle is white.
