Picture of THERAPEUTIC BALL EXERCISE KIT The Therapeutic Ball Exercise Kit is an exercise planning program designed for use by physical therapists. The kit is available either as a collection of reproducible cards or as an exercise database for use with PC-Kits software (not included). The therapist can use this kit to design individualized exercise plans for clients with orthopedic or neurological conditions affecting balance or posture. The kit contains 125 illustrated therapeutic ball exercises of the upper and lower extremities and spine, with instructions for ball care, fitting a ball to a patient, and finding a neutral position. In the computer version, all exercises are drawn in both male and female figures with English and Spanish captions included.
