Picture of AUTISM TIMER Autism Timer is a timer program designed for use by parents and teachers working with children with autism or other developmental or cognitive disabilities. This application (or app) allows a parent or teacher to use an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to show elapsed time and to alert a person when a selected period of time expires. The user can set three different times for green, yellow and red zones and change the duration from one minute up to a period of hours. The user launches the app and clicks the "Start" button. Autism Timer beeps/vibrates and shows the black and white checkered flag when the time period is over. The user can also pause and reset the timer. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 3.1 or later.
