Picture of READING FOCUS CARD (MODELS 001 & 002) The Reading Focus Card, models 001 and 002, is a typoscope for use as a reading aid for people who have low vision, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and forms of autism. It is a plastic card with a rectangular slot in the middle. The card is placed over printed text so that the slot reveals only a single line of text. After the user reads the line of text, he or she moves the card down to reveal the next line. SIZES: Model 001 for regular paperbacks and books with 2 columns of text per page and Model 002 for children's or larger books and documents with longer text lines. COLORS: The card is available in a variety of colors. Each card comes with 3 colored filters that fit in the slot to enhance visibility of the text.
