Picture of TRUE SPEAKING BIBLE The True Speaking Bible is a digital talking book with player designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. The player comes with the full text edition of the King James or New American Standard version of the Bible, including the Old and New Testaments read in a human voice in English and Spanish. The user can navigate from book to book, and chapter to chapter using navigation buttons. The buttons also allow the user to skip forward or backward in 15 second intervals. POWER: Solar batteries that can be powered by direct sunlight or a 100-watt light bulb, a DC adapter (included with the English version only), and ear phones. Fully charged batteries allow the unit to play for approximately 14 hours. The unit requires 6 to 8 hours of direct sun light to charge batteries. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 4.25 x.78 x 2.5 inches.
