Picture of EXPLORA-PLUS The Explora-Plus is a handheld video magnifier designed for use by individuals who have low vision. This portable magnifier offers 4.5x to 9.0x magnification with single button operation for switching the unit and the LED illumination on and off. The single button operation also controls various modes such as full color, MD with white text on black background, enhanced positive with black text on white background and grayscale where the color is removed for increased clarity. The Explora-Plus features a centered-mounted camera, non-glare backlit TFT screen, image freeze, and non-slip rubber coating. The unit comes with two wrist straps that can be mounted for left or right hand use. It also can be mounted on a tripod (included). POWER: Uses AAA batteries. Rechargeable batteries and charger are included. DIMENSIONS (LxWxD): 3.4 x 3.0 x 0.1 inches. The LCD screen measures 3.5 inches diagonal. WEIGHT: 108 grams. COLOR: Black
