The Senior Splash Audio CD is an audio aquatic exercise program designed for use by individuals with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other physical disabilities, or who are recovering from an injury. This audio recording comprises two CDs: One presents motivating instrumental music setting the tempo and atmosphere for a water workout; the second contains music with precise vocal cueing.
