Picture of HOT VIRTUAL KEYBOARD The Hot Virtual Keyboard is an on screen keyboard program designed for use by individuals who have difficulty using a standard keyboard. This multilingual application displays a virtual keyboard on the screen and allows the user to type on it using a mouse pointer or a touch screen. The keyboard layout, colors, sounds, and interface themes are customizable. More than 60 configurations of the on screen keyboard are included, and any of these keyboards included can be customized for a user’s specific needs. It assigns keys to 58 Windows actions (such as connect/disconnect from a network, volume up/down, mute, eject/close CD, monitor on/off, and start screen saver), and it allows the user to create shortcut icons to execute macros or start applications. Other features include multi-touch support when used with Windows 7; a word auto-complete function; a gestures function to support fast entry of capital letters, spaces, etc; an autorepeat function; and the ability to display special characters. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) and Windows Server 2003 and 2008 operating systems. It requires 3.66 megabytes (MB) of disk space.
