Picture of WALKING ASSISTANT --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 10/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Walking Assistant is a straight cane with light designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, balance, or walking disabilities. This walking cane has a built-in LED light in the handle for lighting the path. Also in the handle is a neodymium magnet for picking up small metallic items such as keys. The cane is also equipped with a clip for carrying small items such as keys or a cell phone. A grabber built in to the bottom of the cane aids in picking up items. This cane is also equipped with a wrist strap and an anti-slip rest that keeps it from falling when leaning against a chair or table. POWER: Uses one triple-A battery (included). SIZES: Medium and large. DIMENSIONS The medium model is 34 inches long and the large model is 36 inches long.
