Picture of POWERTEL 58 The PowerTel 58 is an amplified, hearing aid compatible, large button corded telephone with speakerphone and answering machine designed for use by individuals who have low vision or are hard of hearing. It includes a base with corded handset. The handset amplifies incoming sound up to 50 decibels (dB), and the base offers five adjustable ringer levels up to 90 dB and nine ringtones. The base has a flashing visual ring indicator. The phone features five equalizer tone settings, caller ID with 30 number recall, 200 name and number phonebook, and clock and alarm function. The base has a three-line illuminated large print display that shows information in three languages - English, Spanish or French. The answering machine, which is incorporated into the base, has an LED message counter, 11 minutes of recording time with time and date stamp, and large buttons. Messages can play on the speakerphone or through the handset. The handset has a 2.5 millimeter headset jack. POWER: The base is powered by a 100-240 volt, 50/60 hertz plug. WARRANTY: Two year warranty.
