« Previous Product Next Product »--- CUSTOM ADAPTATION --- PURPOSE: To enable individuals with cognitive disabilities to package balloons. This device tightly winds packets of balloons for placement is show bags, give-aways, etc. The device has spindles which hold the bag and a wooden board with a spring underneath which holds the packets against the spindle.
