  4. MODIFIED CUTLERY --- CUSTOM ADAPTATION --- PURPOSE: To provide custom adaptation of cutlery for an individual with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy. A commercially-available swiveling desk chair was purchased and virtually rebuilt.
