The Sensory Cylinder Set, model 1-03670-00, is a perceptual training activity designed for use by children who are blind or have low vision. This activity develops skills in tactual, color, and weight discrimination, as well as manipulation skills and number and language concepts. The set contains six cylinders, two each of three different weights. The ends of the cylinders have six different textures and four different colors. No two matches of weight, color, or texture can be made simultaneously. COLOR: Cylinders are black with white, green, purple, or red ends.
Notes: The manufacturer recommends this activity for children age three and up.
