Infrared amplification system for television. Any number of receivers may be used. Transmitter is placed on top of TV and plugged into AC outlet. TV microphone attaches to TV speaker by Velcro. Transmitter accessories available: adapters for connection to earphone jack, desk top microphone for conferences and a telephone adapter to transmit the telephone signal by infrared light to receivers. Stethoset-style headset receiver (HDI405S) for use without hearing aids. Adjustable volume on headset provides up to 118dB output. Also available in a clip- on pendant style receiver (HDI407S, $127.25) that can be coupled to a lightweight mini-headphone (MHP-2, $18.00). Other attachments also available for hearing aid users. All receivers use rechargeable battery packs; recharge by plugging into standard 110 VAC outlet. Large area transmitters available for theaters/houses of worship.
