RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Motorized Counter System, model MCS-1110, is an accessible counter designed for use by individuals who use wheelchairs. This system enables push-button height adjustments for kitchen sinks and cooktops (not included). A flexible drain line is included. INSTALLATION: Can be installed into a 36 to 48 -inch wide cutout by any experienced contractor. DIMENSIONS: The height adjusts from 28 to 36 inches. WARRANTY: Two years.

Notes: The manufacture states this product meets or exceeds the requirements of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard A117.1.** The manufacturer states all electronics are Underwriters' Laboratory (UL) listed and approved. ** The countertop is not included and the manufacturer recommends the use of a shallow basin sink for wheelchair accessibility. ** Shipping and handling charges are not included in the purchase price listed.
