EZ Medical Diary is a medical information management program designed to provide a simple template for recording and storing a person's medical information on a personal computer. It can be used to record the user's medical information or by a caregiver to record information for a family member, friend or client. This software prompts the user to record a selected person's name and general medical information such as medical history, medications, surgical history, emergency contacts and allergies. When needed, the information can be printed on a single two-sided document. The information can be updated as needed. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Adobe Reader version 9 or above.
