    GHC Universal Access Homes are modular homes designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. Twelve universal access floorplans are available, and each can be customized. All doorways are wide enough for wheelchair access with lever handle locksets. Other features include Aker Barrier-Free Shower Stalls with adjustable shower heads, Gerber Elongated Handicap Toilets, stainless steel brab bars, and Merillatt 24-inch bath and kitchen cabinetry. DIMENSIONS: All doors are 36 inches wide. The Ludington ranch-style home is 1,456 square feet, the Marshall ranch-style home is 1,690 square feet, and the Northport ranch-style home is 1,568 square feet.
