Picture of MALE URINARY LEAKAGE J CLAMP The Male Urinary Leakage J Clamp is a male incontinence clamp designed for use by men with urinary incontinence. Made from medical-grade, non-porous, bio-compatible materials, this clamp controls urinary leakage and prevent the flow of urine by compressing the urethra area only. It protects the blood vessels of the penis and a small lever controls size and pressure adjustment. The clamp is small enough to be undetectable when worn under clothing and does not have to be removed for urination. The clamp can be washed with mild soap. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW) 1.25 x 1 x 2 inches. The clamp fits penises with circumference of 2 to 4.5 inches.
