FREEDOM THUMBKEEPER (STANDARD AND LOW PROFILE)

The Freedom ThumbKeeper is a thumb splint designed to treat gamekeeper's thumb injuries, support collateral ligament injuries, support arthritic joints, and maintain the thumb in opposition. The brace is made of flexible Multiform Thin splinting material. The standard ThumbKeeper has a D-ring strap closure. Cinching the closure abducts the thumb so motion at the joint is restricted effectively. The Low Profile ThumbKeeper model has the same shell as the standard model, but an overlap type palm closure replaces the D-ring closure. SIZES: Sizes are based on the measurement of the width of the hand at the metaphalangeal joints from radial aspect of index finger to ulnar aspect of the little finger; Small (2.25 to 2.75 inches), Medium (2.75 to 3.25 inches), and Large (3.25 to 3.75 inches). COLOR: White shell with blue strapping.
