The Monarch Series, Model 7810 Series Heavy Duty, is an adult manual wheelchair with a folding crossbrace design. This heavy duty wheel chair is designed for hospital and institutional use. The frame is made of hardened steel frame. The seat and back measurements are: overall 25 w x 36.25 h x 41.75 l, seat width 18 standard, 16 narrow and 20 wide inches adult, seat from floor 20.5 h, back from seat 15.25 h, depth of seat 16 inches. The embossed upholstery has a textilene inner lining with Brittany Blue as the standard color. The textilene is fire retardant, wear, soil and mildew resistant. The padded full length armrests, stainless steel, screwed on clothing guards, hook-on footrests with aluminum footplates and heel loops are also standards of the Monarch Series. Additional features include: an extra long toggle brake, "Uni-Mold" Mag Composite 8 and 24 inch wheel with composite handrim with finger grips, sealed, full, race precision bearings, reinforced caster forks, offset caster journals and a 5/8 extra-duty rear axle. The weidth capacity of the Model 7810 Series heavy duty wheelchair is 250 - 350 pounds. The wheelchair weights 39 pounds. Optional features include but are limited to: 18 upholstery color choices, wedge-lock reclining back, elevating legrest with cushioned calf pads and removable full or desk length arms.
