Picture of FOOD PREP BOARD (MODEL 3023) The Food Prep Board, model 3023, is a cutting board and buttering aid designed for use by persons with upper extremity disabilities. The board anchors to the counter with a curved lip that fits over the counter edge and non-skid feet keep it from slipping. The board also features a patterned surface to keep food from sliding and raised back edges to brace bread for one-handed buttering or sandwich making and to keep food from slipping off during cutting or chopping. DIMENSIONS: 8.75 inches square. COLOR: White.
