By Kuk, Francis, PhD; Smith, Janice, MA; Jensen, John Colberg; Westermen, Soren, MS; Hearing Review, Vol. 12, No. 10, pp. 64-70
Publication Date: September 2005

Article discusses Success Enhancement Tools from Widex, which can be used by hearing aid dispensing offices in order to maximize professional practice. Widex offers the InfoTrack, which is a database system that stores client information and allows for a number of valuable office management functions. The database is designed for small, independent dispensers who do not currently have an office management system and do not need all of the features of a commercial office management system. InfoTrack was created specifically for hearing healthcare professionals, and has a number of valuable features, including: (1) an extensive list of searchable client variables, (2) expanded search options, and (3) mail merge and report functions. The use of InfoTrack in professional practice is discussed.
