Any lamp can be plugged into an electrical outlet. Sound (at adjustable sensitivity settings) turns lights on automatically. Can be useful in detering burglars or provide one with light when entering room. Can select length of time lights stay on, from several minutes up to eight hours, after which lights turn off automatically. For incandescent bulbs up to 400 watts. Sold individually for $19.95 or 2 for $38.
