Picture of ABLEWARE EXER-TWIST The ABLEWARE Exer-Twist is an arm exerciser designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. This device equally and simultaneously exercises the left and right side muscles of the forearms, arms, shoulders, and chest, helping to increase wrist and joint circulation and agility. To use, the user simply twists the device with the same motion that would be used to wring out a wet towell. OPTIONS: Snap on grips are available for those with larger hands or those who are unable to close around smaller grips. DIMENSIONS: The optional grips are available in 2 to 3 inches.
