The Quickie T45 is an adult manual tilt-in-space wheelchair designed for use by people who need to change positions without leaving the wheelchair. FRAME: The frame is available in regular and long configurations, and frame widths range from 14 to 20 inches in 1-inch increments. Rear anti-tip tubes are standard. The frame is available in 11 standard colors and 3 custom colors. SEAT: The standard seat is available in 15- to 17-inch depths, in 1-inch increments on the regular frame and in 18- to 20-inch depths on the long frame. A fixed/adjustable, 24-inch high back is standard. A reclining back is optional. The backrest includes stroller handles and removable stroller handle extensions are available. Solid seats and backs are standard. The seat unit features a standard tilt mechanism with a 90-pound assist. A heavy-duty tilt mechanism with a 135-pound assist is also offered. ARMRESTS: Dual-post armrests with standard or full-length pads are standard. Dual-post, height adjustable armrests with standard or full-length pads or adjustable locking flip-up armrests are available. BRAKES: Wheel locks are standard. CASTERS: Pneumatic or polyurethane 8-inch casters are standard. 8 x 2 inch pnematic casters or 8 x 2 inch pneumatic casters with airless inserts are extra cost options. WHEELS: 16-inch mag wheels with pneumatic tires are standard and 20-inch mag wheels are available at no charge. Pneumatic tires with airless inserts and full-profile polyurethane tires are also available. FOOTRESTS: Swing-away 60- or 70-degree footrests with composite footplates and heel loops are standard. Heavy-duty 70- or 80-degree lift-off, elevating, or articulating footrests are optional. Angle-adjustable or extended footrests and toe loops are also optional. OPTIONS: Positioning belts, vent tray and battery box, impact guards, touch-up paint, tray, and others. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime frame guarantee.
