Picture of SMARTVIEW POCKET The SmartView Pocket is a handheld video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This electronic magnifier has a built-in color thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD), and it features seven levels of magnification that range from 3 times to 9 times. Images can be viewed in full color, gray scale, black and white, or reverse black and white, with different high-contrast modes to enhance the image. The user can switch from reading to writing mode by turning the unit. It has S-video output and a centralized camera capable of freezing picture. The Pocket comes with a carrying strap, a protective case, and RCA video cable. POWER: Uses built-in rechargeable battery with on-screen battery status indicator. An AC power charger is included. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 4.5 x 3 x 0.8 inches, with 3.6-inch TFT display. WEIGHT: 4.9 ounces.
