Picture of CAROUSEL COMMUNICATOR (MODELS 429 & 426) The Carousel Communicator is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with communication disabilities. The unit spins to enable the user to locate the desired message. Model 429 offers seven messages on one level and model 426 offers seven messages on each of six levels for a total of 42 messages. Messages can be recorded and re-recorded at the touch of a button. Model 429 offers a total of 40 seconds of recording time per switch and model 426 offers four seconds of recording time per activation. POWER: Uses four double-A batteries (not included). OPTIONS: A set of 35 icon holder frames that attach to the unit with Velcro is available. DIMENSIONS: 13 inches in diameter x 4 inches high.
