Picture of MAGEYES HOBBYIST The MagEyes Hobbyist is a magnifying lens with headband designed for use by individuals with low vision. The adjustable headband fits around the user's head and and is available in a choice of positions to enable the user to select the magnification area appropriate for his/her needs. The unit is available in a double low model with one 1.6 times magnification lens (number 2) and one 2.0 times magnification lens (number 4) and in a double high model with one 2.25 times magnification lens (number 5) and one 2.75 times magnification lens (number 7). OPTIONS: The lenses are also sold separately and a single 5 times magnification lloupe on a swing arm for additional magnification.. DIMENSIONS: The number 2 lens provides a working distance of 12 to 14 inches, the number 4 lens provides a working distance of 10 to 12 inches, the number 5 lens provides a working distance of 7 to 10 inches, and the number 7 lens provides a working distance of 4 to 7 inches. COLOR: Hunter green.
