--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Light Bright Illuminated Story Books are a large print, low vision reading system designed for use by children with low vision or physical disabilities. These books are specially bound to allow each page to easily pivot over the Discovery Light Box (see separate entry) without the pages becoming separated or getting out of order. Each book includes clear plastic pages with a choice of solid black illustrations or high-contrast color illustrations. Illustrations represent common objects and are consistent from book to book. Eleven titles are available, including three volumes of nursery rhymes, five books of poems, "Getting dressed for the Day" (emphasizing a typical morning routine), "My House" (describing common household objects), and "'Twas the Night Before Christmas."
