« Previous Product Next Product »The Palumbo Premium Brace is a knee orthosis designed to stabilize the knee of individuals with a variety of temporary or chronic disabling conditions. It allows functional activity while providing stability throughout the full range of knee motion. The brace prevents subluxation and dislocation of the patella. It also reduces patellofemoral chondromalacia and arthritis by dissipation of forces. It stretches contracting patellofemoral ligament and lateral retinaculum and prevents stretching of the medial retinaculum. It may reduce pain in patella syndrome and may be useful in post-operative management to prevent contracture of the lateral retinaculum. The brace is easy to apply with velcro straps and can be applied to either knee. It is made of 3/16 inch neoprene covered with nylon sateen. SIZES: It is available in seven sizes ranging from 10 inches at 3 inches above mid- patella to 24 1/2 inches at 3 inches above mid-patella. WARRANTY: DynoOrthotics warrants this product to be free from defects and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
